During the leakage current test, the test object is supplied with voltage so that it works in normal operation. The bott supply modules provide the required voltages for the bott leakage current testers.
Our elution two software can be used to specify corresponding target parameters such as target voltage and load current, which are permanently monitored during the test.
All measurement results are recorded in the measured value database.
