Jan Willem Jongert has been managing director (CEO) and spokesperson of the Bott Group’s executive board since 2018. He is the face of the Bott Group and leads the company with a clear focus on innovation, quality, and sustainability. As CEO, Jan Willem Jongert advances Bott’s strategic objectives and ensures the company continues to set global standards as a premium partner in its field. In his role as managing director of Bott Germany, he applies his expertise and strategic oversight to strengthen the company’s German operations and support sustainable growth.

René Leroux has served as managing director and chief operating officer (COO) of the Bott Group since 2022. Alongside his responsibilities at Bott Germany, he works closely with Jan Willem Jongert to implement the Bott Group’s values and vision. René Leroux is committed to ensuring the Bott Group continues to set global standards as a leading provider of holistic workplace and mobile system solutions. With a strong emphasis on change management and innovation, he supports the company’s ongoing development while always striving to create exceptional customer experiences.
