During the leakage current test, the device under test is supplied with voltage so that it operates in normal mode. The supply modules provide the required voltages for the leakage current testers.
The elution two software can be used to specify corresponding target parameters such as target voltage and load current, which are permanently monitored during the test.
All measurement results are recorded in the measured value database.
