avero: Power supply at the workstation
The avero assembly workstation forms the interface between your logistics process and assembly. All electrically and pneumatically driven systems required for the work processes can be integrated here safely and easily accessible. Whether 12, 24 or 48 volts DC, 230 or 400 volts AC: avero workstations can integrate the right power supply for all applications. Depending on your requirements, we can design this as a modular power strip or as a comprehensive modular power channel with individual equipment.

Power strips
avero power strips are much more than simple socket strips. They can be attached either to the vertical profile, to a perfo perforated wall or to a mounting rail at the workstation. The main advantage of our power strips is that you can extend them and link them together. Each strip has a GST18 input and output ("Wieland plug"). You connect the power strip to the mains via the input using a connection cable. You can either connect another strip directly to the output or supply additional devices via a connection cable.

We have these generously dimensioned ducts custom-made for you exclusively by trained specialists. They comply with VDE safety standards. The light gray housing of the cable trunking is made of powder-coated steel. We always paint it to be ESD-compliant.

From the RCD safety switch to the compressed air connection or the network socket, 230-volt sockets or three-phase current, emergency stop switches, switches for switching individual sockets or connections on and off, and so on and so forth. The connections for the external power supply can be positioned at the top, bottom or rear as required. The power strip can be connected to a 230 or 400 volt power supply via a GST18 plug connection. An optional GST18 output can supply additional consumers with power. The power strip can be designed according to the avero grid dimensions of 900, 1,350 or 1,800 mm wide. In this way, 7, 11 or 16 slots are available for different connections.

The cables from an external connection to the power strips and between individual devices at the workstation are routed along the vertical avero steel profiles. The cables are neatly tidied away behind brush strips and in cable trays underneath the work surface. In this way, we keep the cable routing at the workstation safe and tidy.
