Use of Photos, Videos, and Live Streams During the Trade Show

As part of our participation in the trade show, photos and videos may be taken that could include visitors and general impressions of the event. Additionally, live streams may occur on our social media channels. These recordings and broadcasts are for informational purposes only and may be published on Bott GmbH & Co. KG's online platforms (e.g., company website, social media channels).

The use of these photos, videos, and live streams complies with the GDPR and serves to present our company and provide general information about our participation in the trade show. They will not be used for advertising purposes.

If you object to the use of your images or recordings in these media, you may object at any time in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR. In such cases, we will promptly remove the affected material or end the live stream.

For further questions and concerns regarding the processing of your personal data, please refer to the applicable data protection regulations of the respective trade show organizer and our general privacy policy.

Digital Trade Show Reports

We use VisitReport for the digital recording of trade show activities. The provider is snapAddy GmbH, Haugerkirchgasse 7, 97070 Würzburg, Germany.

Purpose of Processing

The purpose of processing personal data is to fulfill customer requests (e.g., sending information about our products, providing a quote, or arranging a meeting) following informational discussions at trade shows or similar events.

Legal Bases for Data Processing

• Your consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR)
• Legitimate interest to improve our offerings (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR)

Recipients / Data Sharing

The data you provide will be processed by snapAddy GmbH, Haugerkirchgasse 7, 97070 Würzburg, for contact collection on behalf of and under the instructions of Aug. Winkhaus GmbH & Co. KG.

The processing of personal data takes place exclusively within the EU or Germany. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) has been concluded.

Personal data will generally only be shared with third parties if there is a legal basis for doing so. This applies especially if the transfer is necessary to comply with legal obligations, if you have given your consent, or if a balance of interests justifies the transfer.

Additionally, external service providers, such as external data centers or telecommunications providers, may process personal data on our behalf as processors.

Depending on responsibility, personal data may be shared with relevant internal departments or sales companies.

In certain cases, we may also share personal data with relevant authorities and/or persons bound to confidentiality, such as auditors or lawyers, when we are legally obligated to do so.

Data Retention Period

The data will be deleted once the purpose of processing no longer applies.
