Participation terms – giveaway IAA 2026

1. The giveaway is organised by Bott GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter referred to as "bott"), Bahnstraße 17, 74405 Gaildorf.

2. It starts on 14 September 2026 and ends on 20 September 2026 at 23:59.

3. A vehicle equipment system worth €2,500 will be raffled off.

4. To participate, share the bott highlight from our booth at IAA 2026. The photo must be published on either our Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn channel.

5. The winner will be selected at random.

6. They will be notified via direct message. They must then contact bott within five working days via email at webmaster@bott.de or via private message to the bott social media channel, providing their address details. If the winner does not respond within this period, the prize will be raffled again among all participants.

7. By participating in the giveaway, participants expressly accept these terms of participation. In case of violations, bott reserves the right to exclude the respective participants from the giveaway. This applies in particular to attempts at technical manipulation.

8. All natural persons who are at least 18 years old and reside in Germany are eligible to participate.

9. Participation in the giveaway is free of charge and not tied to the purchase of goods or services from bott.

10. Employees of bott and affiliated companies, as well as their respective relatives, are not eligible to participate.

11. bott reserves the right to terminate, modify or interrupt the giveaway at any time. This is particularly the case if the proper execution of the giveaway can no longer be guaranteed for technical, legal, or other reasons.

12. Exchange or transfer of the prize for cash is excluded.

13. If participants' personal data is collected as part of the giveaway, bott will collect, process and use this data exclusively for the purpose of running the giveaway, and will delete it once it has ended. Data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the administration of the giveaway. Further details, particularly regarding data subject rights, can be found in the privacy policy at https://www.bott.de/rechtliches/datenschutz.

14. bott is not liable for any damages resulting from disruptions to technical systems, delays or interruptions to transmissions, or any other damages relating to participation in the giveaway or the acceptance and use of the prize, unless bott or its agents act with intent or gross negligence. Claims for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, or from the breach of essential contractual obligations, remain unaffected. Liability claims under the Product Liability Act also remain unaffected.

15. This giveaway is not organised, sponsored or supported by Meta or LinkedIn.

16. Legal recourse is excluded.

17. Should individual provisions of these participation terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
