During the leakage current test, the device under test (DUT) is energised to operate under normal operating conditions. The power supply modules provide the required voltages to the leakage current test equipment.
Setpoints such as the target voltage and load current can be defined via the software and are continuously monitored throughout the test process.
All measurement results are logged in the measurement data database.
