During leakage current testing, the device under test (DUT) is supplied with voltage to ensure operation under normal conditions. The Elabo power supply modules provide the required voltages for use with Elabo leakage current test equipment.
The corresponding set parameters—such as target voltage and load current—can be defined via the software and are continuously monitored throughout the testing process.
All measurement results are automatically recorded in the measurement value database.
