René Leroux has served as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Bott Group since 2022. Daniel Köster has been serving as managing director and chief financial officer (CFO) of the Bott Group since 2026. He is responsible for the Group’s financial management as well as human resources, thereby making a significant contribution to the strategic and sustainable development of the company. A particular focus of his work lies in financial transparency, clear structures, and efficient processes. Through the analysis and optimization of group-wide processes, Daniel Köster strengthens cross-functional collaboration and paves the way for healthy international growth of the Bott Group.
