This is the only way you can react quickly enough to new product requirements. The modular design of an avero workstation is versatile and flexible. Permanent adaptation and expansion of individual components is easily possible.

Thanks to the integrative modular system, you can assemble single or multi-user systems, assembly or production lines and supply trolleys, from a few different components. Thanks to the special avero connection technology, you have the possibility of combining serial parts made of steel with aluminium profile elements. You can store equipment of any kind neatly and close to hand, on the perfo perforated walls and ergonomically adjustable material shelves.

For the 3D planning, we go into more depth. We add detail to the workstations, depending on the ergonomic requirements. The storage areas and FIFO tracks are adapted exactly to your load carriers and containers. Customised requirements that go beyond our avero system are developed by our design engineers for you.

The draft is developed into a functional assembly system. Together with you, we work out further details and remain in constant contact with you via web meetings or onsite presentations. We manufacture avero on our high-speed and precise machinery in Germany. Depending on requirements, we source custom parts through our comprehensive network of partners and suppliers.

We deliver the avero single workstations pre-assembled, so that they can be used immediately. This makes your set-up phase short and efficient. The avero assembly lines are pre-assembled. We optimise the pack sizes according to economic aspects. Our skilled installation team handle any dismantling or conversion work on existing systems – all over the world.

Flexible assembly systems continue to develop. They evolve. This is why it is important to rely on a modular and extendable workstation storage system from the very start. Check the efficiency of the assembly system regularly with your bott consultant. Changes can be implemented quickly and many adaptations can be done yourself, directly in the system. We can manage everything else at short notice, through new modules or accessories.
