After the bott family business was managed by its owners during the first 74 years of its company history, the shareholders transferred the management of the group of companies to the managing directors Dr. Reinhard Wollermann-Windgasse and Clive Woodward in 2004.

Jan Willem Jongert joined the Bott Group in January 2018 as CEO and chairman of the group management committee. In this position, he succeeds Dr. Wollermann-Windgasse, who retired  from his position.

René Leroux is the new member of the group management committee, alongside Jan Willem Jongert, as of 1 November 2022. As Chief Operating Officer (COO), Mr Leroux takes over from Clive R. Woodward, who retired at the end of August of the same year after 35 years with the Bott Group.
