🔧 About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company’s online presence, managing website content, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring the consistent representation of our brand across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

  • Develop and deliver social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Create engaging content including photography, videography, graphics, and written posts.
  • Film and edit video content for social platforms, websites, and campaigns.
  • Work with teams across the business to capture product, project, and people‑focused content.
  • Manage daily social media activity and publish content consistently.
  • Respond to comments and enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor trends to increase engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • Track and report performance, recommending improvements.
  • Build relationships with influencers and content creators.

Digital Marketing & Website Content

  • Maintain and update company websites to ensure accuracy and engagement.
  • Create new web pages, landing pages, blogs, and image galleries.
  • Manage digital assets including images, videos, and downloads.
  • Work with our digital agency to support SEO, website optimisation, and PPC campaigns.
  • Ensure website content supports wider marketing objectives and delivers a strong user experience.

Email Marketing

  • Create and manage email campaigns using Mailchimp.
  • Design, build, schedule, and distribute newsletters, product updates, and promotional emails.
  • Maintain and segment email databases for improved targeting.
  • Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure all email activity complies with GDPR.

Content & Communications

  • Produce digital content, blogs, newsletters, brochures, and marketing collateral.
  • Compile and distribute the internal company newsletter.
  • Gather updates, project information, and stories from across the business.
  • Support brand consistency across all communications.

Events & Promotional Activities

  • Coordinate events, exhibitions, trade shows, open days, and promotional activities.
  • Attend events to support marketing activity and capture content.
  • Manage promotional merchandise ordering and distribution.
  • Coordinate design, production, and printing of marketing materials and exhibition assets.
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure successful delivery.

🔧 About You

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Marketing Executive, or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience managing business social media accounts and campaigns.
  • Strong content creation skills including photography, videography, and video editing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital marketing tools.
  • Experience working with third‑party agencies.
  • Website and product management experience.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
